COMPANY'S HISTORY

LLC NGS-V was founded in 2013 on the basis of the largest construction company of Southern Russia "Volgogradneftegazstroy", which has experience in the construction of oil and gas facilities of national standing. The company focuses on the design and construction of oil and gas facilities. LLC NGS-V has qualified employees and a necessary base of modern construction vehicles.

MODERN VEHICLES

NGS-V has a pool of vehicles and construction equipment. This makes it possible to create large, medium and small mechanised complexes depending on the type and scope of construction and installation works, design solutions, pipeline parameters (diameter, length) and construction conditions (construction time, seasonality).

CERTIFICATION

The company’s work in Russia complies with the quality requirements of the system of current standards (GOST), including International Standard ISO 9001:2000, Russian construction norms and rules and departmental construction norms and rules of the former Ministry of construction of enterprises of oil and gas industry of the USSR. In order to ensure specified quality parameters at all stages of preparation and implementation of projects, LLC NGS-B established a quality control system for its products.

QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

The quality control system in place at LLC NGS-B enables us to control the quality of construction projects from the initial stage to commissioning, identify and eliminate possible defects in a timely manner, reward or penalise for quality work on the proposals of individual control structures and, if necessary, take decisions to raise the qualification level of performers.

HEAD OF COMPANY

MIKHAIL BREKHOV HAS BEEN THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT IN 2013

Mikhail was born in 1975 in Kotovo, Volgograd Region. In 1997, he graduated from the Volgograd State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Civil Engineering.

1998−2004 worked as Deputy Head of the Production and Technological Facilities Department.
2004−2006 was the Head of Reinforced Concrete Products and Constructions Plant in Kotovo, Volgograd Region.
2006−2014 he worked as Technical Director, then General Director of Volgogradneftegazstroy company.

He participated in the construction of the Caspian pipeline; Volgograd underground gas storage; Bednodemyanensky underground gas storage; compressor stations (Zhirnovsk, Olkhovka, Volgograd); construction of the linear part of Baltic pipeline system I, II; reconstruction facilities of Federal State Reserve Agency and residential buildings.
